Ma, 38, is accused of punching “Love & Hip Hop: New York” reality-show castmate Brittney Taylor on April 16 during a concert at Irving Plaza.
“Just more of a waste of the taxpayers’ money,” Ma said outside the courtroom of her case.
S he added that her professional life is “fantastic” and that she is looking forward to celebrating her daughter’s first birthday.
“I’m excited,” she said of planning the Mickey Mouse-themed bash.
Ma, also wearing a black fur vest and gold hoop earrings, had stood briefly before the judge, who adjourning her case to Dec. 2 for possible disposition.
As Ma, whose real name is Reminisce Smith, strolled out of the courthouse, she posed for photos and told shutterbugs her boots are Versace.
The “Lean Back” singer has insisted she’s innocent of the charges, and her lawyer, Dawn Florio, is pushing for a dismissal.
Two months after Ma’s arrest, Taylor was busted on assault raps for allegedly chucking a phone at another woman’s head and clawing her neck, for which she took a dismissal deal.
